All winning bidders receive a complimentary night’s accommodation at the Crown Towers for the next live auction, offering a luxurious stay paired with gourmet breakfast the following morning. This experience is designed to extend the celebration beyond auction night in true Heritage Only style.

Reserved exclusively for winning bidders, The Buyers’ Lounge is a private space within the auction room, where guests are treated to premium spirits, signature cocktails, and carefully prepared gourmet food. Each winning bidder is also invited to return to the Lounge at the next live auction to continue their celebrations among fellow collectors.

To ensure a seamless and stylish arrival, all winning bidders receive complimentary valet parking at the next live auction — offering immediate access to the atmosphere and elegance of the evening from the moment they arrive.

How To Acquire

  • In-Person Bidding — Attend the Live Auction by reserving your complimentary ticket. Bring your Australian Driver’s Licence to register and receive your bidding paddle.

  • Online Bidding — If you cannot attend in person, you can bid online. Register by submitting your photo ID and proof of address. Registration must be completed at least 24 hours before the auction begins to allow time for verification. On auction night, simply log in to place live bids.

  • Bidding Schedule — Online bidding starts at 7:30 PM for Lot 1, with each Lot starting right after the previous one ends.

  • Payment Terms — A 10% deposit (plus Buyer’s Premium) is due immediately when a Lot sells. The remaining balance must be paid within two (2) business days to the Heritage Only Settlement Account.

  • Ownership and Transfer — We handle all paperwork and transfers for both buyer and seller, ensuring a secure, private, and fully managed process.

No, online bidding for Lot 1 will start at 7:30PM on the auction night. Bidding for subsequent Lots will start immediately after the previous Lot concludes.

You can place bids from a mobile device, but we recommend using a computer or laptop for a smoother experience.

No, our online bidding platform requires you to upload your ID only once. For subsequent Lots, the platform will automatically link your ID to each registration.

To bid at the event, simply reserve your ticket and register in person at 6:30PM. There’s no need to register both online and in person if you plan to bid in-person.

Credit card facilities will be available at the event to process your deposit if you’re the winning bidder. Please note that credit card payments incur a 1.75% surcharge.

All bidders must register a free account which helps create a reliable and secure auction environment for all participants.

By securely collecting the identification of all bidders, you can rest assured that you are not competing against unethical or fraudulent participants. Heritage Only will reach out to you if any additional information is required to approve your participation in the auction.

A Buyer’s Premium is an additional fee paid directly to Heritage Only, over and above the final sale price. If you are the highest bidder, Heritage Only will send you an invoice for the Buyer’s Premium at the conclusion of the auction. Our Buyer’s Premium is 4.9% (incl. GST).

At the conclusion of the auction, the winning bidder is required to pay a 10% deposit of the final sale price, plus Buyer’s Premium, within ten (10) minutes of the Lot concluding. The remaining balance must be paid into the Heritage Only Settlement Account within two (2) business days.

Heritage Only will handle the transfer of ownership and settlement on behalf of both the Buyer and Seller. This ensures a safe and reliable transaction process, without the need for the Buyer and Seller to meet.

If an auction does not meet the reserve, bidders will have one hour after the auction concludes to submit their final offer before the item is withdrawn from sale.
